Horror Surgery for Owner

Niels Colesky, owner of Green Gro Gardens and Eating gardens today underwent knee surgery and the Life Day Hospital in Newlands.  Mr Colesky certainly put on a brave face pre operation but there was no doubt that he was nervously anxious.  A short while ago, we contacted mr Colesky and he said he was surprisingly fine.  He is currently convalescing at his long-term superior half’s house in De Waterkant, Cape Town.

The reason Mr Colesky needed the surgery is because he fell off his mountain bike in the Tokai forests.  “Well, look, some say at my age I shouldn’t be riding this bicycle and certainly not at these speeds,” said the injured man to the gathering press outside his hospital room.  A journalist from Health24 asked him if he had learnt his lesson.  “Look, this accident was a case ego over-riding capability and ability ignoring adhesion.  Did I learn my lesson? Hard to say; there are many lessons to learn here.  Learn to reign yourself in; know when you are beat and finally, by far the most important, have a decent hospital plan.”

Mr Colesky has admitted that for the next week or two, he will not be so completely hands on as he would like as he is unable to drive. Worst of all, doctors are not optomistic about Mr Colesky ever being able to fulfil his dream of being male lead in Swan Lake.  He was visibly shaken as doctors broke the news to him.
